We were delighted to feature in the January 30th issue of Business Matters, from the Courier.
It was great to be able to tell our story of Yoga on Tay and how we have developed the studio over time.
It was also a wonderful opportunity to talk about Iyengar Yoga and the benefits it offers our students.
Students at Yoga on Tay are of all ages, from those in their 20s right through to those nearing 80.
We were able to help dispel the myth that yoga is only for the young and flexible which is definitely not the case. It was a chance to showcase the training our teachers have in helping and adapting poses so that anyone can access the benefits of yoga, including those at beginner level.
It was great to be able to feature some of our students and show the sense of community generated through the studio. Being based on the High Street in Newport on Tay is a central location helping us feel and be part of the local Newport community and business network.
Running a yoga studio isn't easy. It's massively enjoyable but it definitely takes a lot of time and energy so it wonderful to be recognised and featured in this article by the Courier.
Many thanks to them for including us in their feature. You can read the full Business Matters here.
